Control Panel:
This is a computer controlled keypad entry system. The panel is
simple and easy to use. It only takes a few strokes to set the knitting
speed and preset the desirable glove dimension. The control panel
also monitors the whole knitting operation.
Needle Bed: An advanced needle
bed has embedded needle plates and sinker system. These needles
have been specially treated and mounted in place using special techniques
and are very durable for high speed operation, and are corrosion
resistant. This system construction contributes a lot to the comfort
and elasticity of the finished knit gloves.
Speed Control: The motor is
built with the most advanced speed frequency controller. The computer
controls the running speed of the motor to accommodate the needle
release speed and needle change requirement. Due to this advanced
technology, the finished knit gloves are free of seams at areas
with curves. This seamless knit ware is thus comfortable and looks
attractive.
Knit System: Double color gloves
require a special device to knit.
Knitting Speed: Finger: 200rpm;Palm:
100rpm.
Lubrication: The lubrication
system is made of a specialized piston pump. The system injects
lubrication fluid once every 8 hours to ensure the operation components
are well lubricated for top performance. |
